2. Members’ data

When you create a member account, we record: your username, your first and last name, your e-mail address, your password (stored only as an unreadable hash), and the date you signed up.

You can then complete your profile: photo, title and bio, sponsorship link, phone and WhatsApp number, presentation videos, social network links, goal (customer or distributor), and your sponsor’s name. This information personalises your sub-site and your prospecting tools; whatever you make public is visible to people who visit your sub-site.

We also keep the date of your last login, your training progress, your tasks, the questions you ask in the community and your forum posts.

3. Prospects’ and contacts’ data

Members may record, in their prospecting tools, information about people who do not have an account on this site: contacts (name, e-mail, phone, notes), comments received on social networks and e-mail exchanges. These people do not enter anything themselves: the member records this information, under their own responsibility, to follow up a business relationship.

If you are one of these people and want your information corrected or removed, you can contact the member who reached out to you, or contact us directly (see above): we can delete this information from the site’s administration. Every prospecting e-mail sent from the site contains an unsubscribe link.

Special case: contact requests left by a prospect on the “call me back” form of a sub-site (“leads”) are addressed to Consciencia Academy’s sales network, not only to the member. We keep them for sales follow-up, including if the member concerned deletes their account, within the retention periods stated below.

4. Visitors

A simple visitor receives no cookie. A strictly technical session cookie is only set when you log in or submit a form; it expires after 7 days of inactivity (30 minutes for a logged-in session).

We use no advertising cookie, no third-party analytics, no social network tracker. Fonts and images are served from our own servers.

E-mails sent from the site contain an open-tracking pixel that tells us whether the message was opened. Our servers keep technical logs (IP address, requested page, date) required for security.

5. Why we use this data

To run your account and your sub-site; to let you follow the training; to provide the prospecting tools (contacts, messages, follow-ups, posts); to answer your questions; to keep the site secure (login attempt limits, logs); and to inform you by e-mail about matters concerning your account.

The legal basis is the performance of the service you requested by creating your account, and our legitimate interest in securing the site. We never sell or rent any data.

6. Our providers

Some data passes through providers acting on our behalf:

— OVH (France): hosting of the site and its data.
— Brevo (France): sending e-mails and WhatsApp messages from the site, receiving replies.
— Meta (Facebook): only if a member connects their Facebook Page to delegate their posts; we then access that Page, its posts and comments, with the member’s explicit consent given to Facebook.
— DeepSeek: artificial-intelligence service used for searching the knowledge base and for writing assistance. Texts submitted to this service may contain information entered by the member; no account is created with this provider in your name.

7. How long we keep it

— Member account: as long as the account is active. An account with no login for 3 years is anonymised, after a warning e-mail sent 1 month before.
— Prospecting contacts and exchanges with no follow-up: 1 year after the last exchange.
— Technical logs and login attempts: 12 months.
— Backups: daily data backups are kept for 30 days.

“Anonymise” means that the name, e-mail, profile and files are replaced with neutral values or deleted; only the technical username is kept so that the network history (sponsorships, forum) stays consistent.

8. Your rights

You can view, correct or complete your information at any time from your profile. You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to a processing, by writing to the contact address above: we reply within one month.

You can delete your account yourself from your profile (“Delete my account” button, with confirmation): your account is anonymised immediately and your prospecting contacts are deleted.

If you believe your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), the French data protection authority.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only. Passwords are salted and hashed. Facebook Page access tokens are encrypted. Server access requires a cryptographic key. Repeated login attempts are blocked. Despite these precautions, no system is infallible: should an incident affect your data, we will inform you.

10. Adults only

This site is intended exclusively for adults (18 and over). We do not knowingly create accounts for minors; if you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may evolve with the site. The last-updated date appears at the top of the page; in case of a significant change, members are informed by e-mail or at their next login.
